La
Società tra allevatori di bovini di razza Simmental Pezzata
Rossa della provincia di Bolzano (Sudtirolo) fu costituita il 29
dicembre 1965 tra singoli allevatori nella forma di società
cooperativa a responsabilità limitata di primo grado. Il suo
raggio di attività si riferiva all' inizio alla Val Pusteria
ed alle sue vallate laterali per estendersi dal 1972 impoi a tutta la
provincia. La sede della Società si trova a Bolzano, come si
può dedurre dall'indirizzo. Un ufficio distaccato si trova a
San Lorenzo di Sebato in Val Pusteria.

sono quelli che fanno lavoro di selezione per la duplice attitudine e
che quindi sottopongono le loro mandrie ai controlli funzionali

L'assemblea
generale dei soci è l'organo supremo della
società. Essa si raduna almeno una volta all'anno e prende
le decisioni di base. Vi hanno diritto di voto i singoli soci (A+B)
oppure i loro delegati. L'assemblea generale elegge in votazione
diretta il presidente, il vicepresidente e cinque consiglieri che
formano il comintato direttivo. L'assemblea generale elegge altrettanto
in votazione diretta il collegio dei sindaci composto da un presidente
e da due sindaci effettivi più due supplenti. L supervisione
giuridico-administrativa viene svolta dalla Federazione Cooperative
Raiffeisen. Gli organi eletti della società rimangono in
